Crowned by Annie Return & Exchange Policy
Returns & Exchanges
At Crowned by Annie, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. Due to the nature of our products, all sales are final unless the item arrives damaged, defective, or there is an error with your order.
If you receive a product that is damaged or defective, please contact us within [7 days] of receiving your order with your order number and clear photos/videos of the issue.
Exchanges
If your item qualifies for an exchange, you will not be required to send back the product you originally received. Instead, Crowned by Annie will provide you with a new replacement product.
The replacement will be shipped once the exchange has been approved. The original product does not need to be returned unless otherwise requested by Crowned by Annie.
Please note that exchanges are only available for products that are confirmed to be defective, damaged upon arrival, or incorrectly fulfilled by Crowned by Annie. Exchanges due to change of mind, incorrect product selection, or personal preference will not be accepted.

- The item must not show signs of intentional damage, misuse, or improper care.
- Approved exchanges are for the same product, subject to availability.
- If the original product is unavailable, Crowned by Annie may offer an alternative product or another appropriate resolution.
- Customers are responsible for reviewing product descriptions, colours, sizes, and care instructions before placing an order.
