Processing Times
All orders are carefully prepared and packaged by Crowned by Annie.
Please allow 5-7 business days for your order to be processed before it is shipped. Processing times may be slightly longer during product launches, promotions, holidays, or periods of high order volume.
You will receive a shipping confirmation and tracking information once your order has been shipped.
Shipping Times
Once your order has been shipped, estimated delivery times are:
- Canada: 2–7 business days
- United States: 5–10 business days
- International: 7–21 business days
Please note that these are estimated delivery times and are not guaranteed. Delays caused by the shipping carrier, weather, customs, holidays, or other circumstances outside of Crowned by Annie’s control may occur.
Shipping Address
Please ensure that your shipping address is correct and complete before placing your order.
Crowned by Annie is not responsible for orders shipped to an incorrect or incomplete address provided by the customer.
If you notice an error in your shipping address, please contact us as soon as possible. While we will do our best to assist, we cannot guarantee that changes can be made once an order has been processed or shipped.
Lost, Stolen, or Delayed Packages
Once an order has been shipped and tracking information has been provided, Crowned by Annie is not responsible for delays, lost packages, or packages marked as delivered by the shipping carrier.
If your package is delayed or marked as delivered but you cannot locate it, please contact the shipping carrier directly using your tracking information.
If your package is returned to Crowned by Annie due to an incorrect address, failed delivery, or failure to claim the package, additional shipping fees may apply to have the order resent.
Customs & Duties
International customers may be responsible for customs fees, duties, taxes, or other charges imposed by their country upon delivery.
These fees are not included in the purchase price or shipping fee charged by Crowned by Annie and are the responsibility of the customer.
Order Changes & Cancellations
Orders cannot be changed or cancelled once they have been processed or shipped.
If you need to make a change to your order, please contact Crowned by Annie as soon as possible after placing your order. We will do our best to accommodate your request, but changes are not guaranteed.
Shipping Confirmation
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive an email containing your tracking information. Please allow up to 48 hours for tracking information to update after receiving your shipping confirmation.
